With the custom hot rod build, custom seats were a must have. The entire interior of the Bibbster is aluminum so I knew the seats had to be the same. I started off laying out the design on some Ram Board.
I had to make multiple versions to dial in the lay back angle that I needed to fit the car. Once I felt like I had a good plan I started cutting aluminum, shaping it, and bead rolling it.
